Compare these numbers to December 2024 when Toronto MLS® reported 85 freehold detached home sales across Toronto, that on average sold for $2,336,357. This is a 55% increase in volume and a 12% decrease in sale price. Sale prices were fairly flat in October, but we did see a significant increase in the number of sales across all types of housing. We had not seen movement of housing inventory at this pace since the Spring…so this is was a most welcome change. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Looking ahead- we are staying tuned for December 11th when further changes in the BOC policy rate will be announced.
