Thank you so much to each and every person who made this event possible- whether you cooked a turkey, baked sugar cookies, assisted kids with crafts, donated warm clothing, made potatoes, picked up catering, donated funds, baked enough Mac & Cheese for 150 people, volunteered your time to carve 13 turkeys, took on decorating with gusto or helped serve this awesome meal…you were instrumental in making the holiday special for the residents of the McCowan community.
We hope this is the first of many events we will do with this family focussed building. It was a great night and a very special way to kick off the holiday season.
A great big thank you to Marija who goes along with my ideas- she is the coordinator extraordinaire who makes it all happen!
