April 2024 reminds us a great deal of April 2023- both were hot Spring markets for freehold housing! Price stability across the board in April with the exception of condominiums, where the average price is (finally!) up. The Bank of Canada’s next announcement will be June 5th- will the BoC set the stage for interest rate decreases? Let’s see!
