Spring sprung late in 2020- double digit gains in price, volume of sales & number of listings. While condominiums show slower price gain…it is trending in the right direction. We can definitely remove the term “recovery” when talking about the Toronto freehold real estate market- it is STRONG…no other adjectives required!
