On the ground, we have seen a significant uptick in the sale of freehold homes- it feels like pent up Buyer demand is being realized.

Condo market activity remains slower than freehold activity based on the large volume of inventory. As freehold prices & competition for homes rises, we will no doubt see greater activity in the condo market.
