I shied away from posting these during the first months of COVID- they did not tell the whole (real) story of the Toronto real estate market during this pandemic. Price declines varied greatly depending on type of housing ( vs
) as well as the price point (trading activity was basically non-existent in the 2mil+ homes).
We started to see the signs of recovery at the end of May- would it hold?! June & July have been a testament to the resiliency of our TO real estate market…ok, the ultra low interest rates helped too 😉
The area market updates below for July are unanimous…she is back, and she will roar!
