While prices were down slightly from the previous (October 2023) month, the number of sales, year over year, across all types of housing, continues to increase.

Looking ahead- we are staying tuned for January to see how the December BOC policy rate change & new mortgage rules (making it easier for TO Buyers to stretch their downpayment and budget) will alter the real estate landscape…again
