Sale prices were fairly flat in October, but we did see a significant increase in the number of sales across all types of housing. We had not seen movement of housing inventory at this pace since the Spring…so this is was a most welcome change.

Looking ahead- we are staying tuned for December 11th when further changes in the BOC policy rate will be announced. New mortgage rules (making it easier for TO Buyers to stretch their downpayment and budget) will come into play on Dec 15th.
